Herder Chardonnay 2004
Keremeos, Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSmoky, bready/yeast style nose with floral, buttery, vanilla aromas. Round, dry, fresh palate with buttery, baked apple, smoky vanilla, citrus and honey flavours. A bit buttery but with structure and fruit. It should improve in bottle.
