Valle del Maule, Region del Valle Central, ChileFine open smoky, vanilla, chocolate pudding nose streaked with black berry jam, spicy, sappy, minty, cassis aromas and a touch of cigar leaf. Dry, somewhat lean entry with grainy tannins. Very peppery, cardamom, garrigue, minty, vanilla, toffee, cassis flavours with some black olive and leather on the finish. A bit cooler style but ripe and young, needs 1-2 years.
