Golden Mile Merlot Luckhurst Family Vineyards 2003
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBig smoky vanilla, spicy, sage, oregano nose with saddle leather, black cherry streaks. Fat, round and dry, with a fair amount of alcohol, followed by big sweet vanilla fruit laced with mocha, pepper, black cherry, olive and sage flavours. There are plenty of youthful tannins but it should smooth put over time.
