Champagne, FrancePale yellow color. Persistent mousse. Open nose with floral, perfumy, cream, green apple, citrus aromas and a toasty, mineral background. Rich, round, well balanced with good acidity and mouth feel. Riper peach, apple, toasty, nutty, citrus, caramel flavours and a slightly sweet, cherry, marzipan finish.
