Champagne, FranceNot a new wine but one of few new dessert style sparklers hoping to find a home in North America. It doesn't appear to be a demi-sec in dosage but there's enough sugar to make it sweeter than brute. Baked apple, candied citrus, toasty aromas. Round and fresh with lots of mousse. Sweet peach, baked pear, strawberry fruit flavors.
