Central Otago, South Island, New ZealandBig dark dense looking pinot. The fruit is juicy, the flavours ripe and sweet with strong black fruit and spicy, peppery undertones. Clean and opulent there is no barnyard, no Brettanomyces, no jammy flavours. Just pure spicy, carrot-top fruit.
