Sicily, ItalyA 50/50 blend of ansonica and catarratto yields a surprisingly fresh white wine with a green apple, pear, and floral, chalky, citrus nose. It is elegant and fresh with green melon, apple, and spicy, buttery, lime flavours. Good fruit and acidity with some concentration and a clean dry modern finish.
