Mosel, GermanyLime, floral, cement and honey mix with peach/citrus, red apple and a touch of botrytis. Lovely elegant and complex white a fresh juicy character. Fine acidity balance with lime, slate, orange, honey, nectarine flavours and a floral, green apple finish. This will age for sometime into the future. Harvested at the same sugar level as '03 but with higher acidity and only 8% alcohol.
