Phoque Blanc 2004
Southern Rhone, Rhone Valley, FranceEnticing floral, mineral, green apple, lemon and honey aromas. Fresh, round and soft with a slightly sweet entry of buttery, citrus, anise and baked pear flavours. Fairly weighty and warm with a slightly dry, astringent finish. The vineyard is located in the CĂ´teaux des Baronnies, at an altitude of 300 to 600 meter. Sound for the money.Tasted: 12 October 2005Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $10.99 | 750ml | specialty |
