Costières de Nîmes, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceVery spicy, chocolate, gamey animal, smoky, garrigue, mint nose with a blackberry, tobacco background. Ripe, round, dry and supple style but a tad lean. Smoky, peppery, licorice, blackberry, bitter chocolate, meaty, cherry flavours dominate. Well balanced for near term consumption but should improve over the next year or two.
