Vin de Pays d'Oc, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceMeaty, spicy, peppery, chocolate, jasmine, blackberry aromas. Soft, round, dry and rich but warm. Big black cherry, plum, spicy, meaty, roasted pepper and chocolate flavours with a smoky, tobacco, cherry finish. A bit dry and chunky at the tail end, try with game meat or keep for a year or so.
