Champagne, FranceExcellent fine mousse. Toasty, nutty, baked apple, floral, creamy nose spiked with citrus and quince notes. Round, crisp, elegant with very good acidity and concentration. Love the creamy, toasty, nutty, brioche palate with citrus, green apple flavours mixed with pear and anise in the finish. Finesse with power. Needs 2-5 years, excellent balance.
