Sumac Ridge Rosé Private Reserve 2004
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis has an attractive citrus and fresh fruit nose that pulls you quickly into the glass. The entry is sweetish a la white zinfandel but it the zippy acidity helps to hold it all together. The style is commercial but I have little doubt there is wide audience for this true summer sipper. Just add sunshine and tapas for a party.Tasted: 01 August 2005Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $10.99 | 750ml | VQA wine shops |
