Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaSmoky, peppery, sweet vanilla nose laced with chocolate, spicy pudding spiked with blackberry jam and cardamom. Dry, round, elegant palate with light tannins. Smoky, spicy vanilla, cedar, pudding, black cherry flavours with some acidity and oak on the finish. Needs a year or two to soften.
