Napa Valley, California, United StatesCalifornia Burgundy is the model here and the creamy leesy textures and 11 months sur-lies ageing with bi-monthly batonage points it in that direction. The palate is succulent and rich, by now Darioush trademark, with spicy nutty notes a la Corton Charlemagne.
