Pepi Cabernet Sauvignon 2002
California, United StatesCedar, cassis, black cherry, coffee, saddle leather aromas with some black pepper. Ripe, round and dry with light tannins. Cassis, plum, coffee, peppery, earthy prune flavours with a bit of acidity on the finish. Good fruit and balance but finish is a bit dry and tannic. Will pair well with barbecued lamb or ribs.
