Cawston, Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaAttractive floral, cherry, spicy vanilla nose with a smoky, compost undercurrent with a touch of rhubarb. Dry, rich, alcoholic with a chewy tannic structure. Big spicy, smoky vanilla, peppery, black cherry, cedar-y, stewed prune flavours. The nose shows promise but the textures are too dry and tannic.
