Almansa, Castilla-La Mancha, SpainPeppery, licorice root, spicy clove, dark chocolate aromas streaked with saddle leather, black cherry and cedar. Dry, round and full on the palate with ripe tannins and grip. The flavours are spicy, black cherry, black raspberry, coffee and tobacco with some earthy, cooked berry notes. A bit warm on the finish but well balanced and showing some elegance. Fine length and good fruit flavours too.
