Region del Valle Central, ChileCasablanca appears to have some viognier potential as evidenced by this well-balanced elegant effort from Valdivieso. Look for fine fruit and acidity with the necessary honey and nectarine/apricot flavour in the mouth. Long and reasonably rich in the finish.
