Valdivieso Cabernet Franc Single Vineyard Reserve 2000
Valle del Maule, Region del Valle Central, ChileCigar and cranberry notes mix with vanilla saddle leather and a touch of exotic orange peel. Quite an elegant style showing a bit of bottle age and maturity. More cranberry fruit with just adjusting of dry tannins and coffee in the finish. It will require another year or two to reach its peak but for now it will be fine with birds like squab or quail.
