Crozes Hermitage, Northern Rhone, Rhone Valley, FranceWild gamey, mineral nose with licorice, black raspberry, chocolate and pepper aromas. Quite rich and round with light, grainy tannins. Big black raspberry kirsch, licorice, dark chocolate, peppery, spicy resin flavours with plum jam and orange rind on the finish. Well balanced with a few chewy tannins on the finish.
