Kettle Valley King Merlot 2002
Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBig hot alcoholic nose with oxidized stewed cherry, pepper, spicy, shoe leather, horse-y aromas. Dry, round, fairly rich palate with vanilla, bitter almond, smoky, leather, stewed cherry and old chocolate flavours. Very oaky finish but with oxidized notes and high alcohol.
