Arroyo Seco, Monterey County, Central Coast, California, United StatesRootsy, spicy, carrot top, smoky, vanilla, black cherry, rhubarb aromas with a touch of barnyard. Dry, round, soft and elegant with spicy, mocha, black cherry, plum, licorice root and rhubarb flavours. Great texture and finesse, and well managed, with only 50 per cent new French oak in oak used.
