Jumilla, Valencia and Murcia, SpainLook for licorice, garrigue, leather and blackberry jam aromas streaked with pepper, olive and vanilla notes. On the palate it is dry and slightly tannic but there is big spicy, black cherry/plum flavours with a gamey, licorice finish.
