Stellenbosch, Coastal Region, South AfricaOpen smoky, saddle leather, iron, cherry kirsch, cigar, meaty, roasted pepper aromas. Ripe, rich, round and smooth with some grainy tannins. Big sour cherry, coffee, smoky leather, vanilla, peppery, resiny, iron earth flavours with a bitter chocolate cherry pit finish.
