Look for a green bean, olive, cassis nose streaked with peppery, cardamom, vanilla, smoky saddle leather nose with some tobacco. Dry, round, somewhat tight with a bit of acidity and heat. Smoky vanilla, coffee, minty, green olive and green bean flavours mixed with cassis and tobacco.
