Rich, ripe, round palate with some grainy tannins and very warm finish. Big blackberry jam, rootsy licorice, vanilla, smoky pepper, blueberry flavoured palate. Intense and a bit alcoholic with some acidity and tannins to shed. Needs 1-3 years to soften up.
