Look for a spicy, smoky, black cherry, celery root, barnyard nose with a touch of compost. Fresh, round, supple palate with nice juicy acidity. Smoky, black cherry, raspberry, compost, licorice, and carrot flavours. Smooth and balanced with nice fruit intensity and finesse and a touch of dryness. Good now but should improve over the next 2 years. Pair with lamb, duck or grilled salmon.
