Sacred Hill Whitecliff Chardonnay 2004

New ZealandFresh citrus, honey, lemon, peach fruit with a bit of guava fruit and some lees. Dry, elegant, fresh and full flavoured with mineral, green apple, light lees, smoky, nutty, vanilla flavours with a bit of honeyed guava on the finish. Delicious with well balanced acidity. Very good value and all under screw cap. Another reason to pay more attention to New Zealand chardonnay.Tasted: 05 March 2005Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
