Western Australia, AustraliaThis is a better Madfish with raspberry, spicy, white pepper, meaty, leafy floral aromas and a soft dry, smooth texture. Look for big spicy, white pepper, black raspberry, mineral, orange peel flavours streaked with juicy plum and jasmine. It a bit high in acidity but it has balancing fruity confiture flavours.
