Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaBarrel fermented. Big apricot, marmalade, citrus, shower curtain, mineral aromas with a touch of egg yolk and vanilla cream. Rich, ripe, round and fat with sweet peach, creamy vanilla, marmalade, candied citrus peel, pineapple flavours.
