Champagne, FranceThere is no dosage in this wine so the grapes are picked a little riper with slightly lower acidity. Light cherry, quince, citrus, pear, baked apple and creamy toast aromas. Very dry, round, elegant and crisp with nutty, toasty, mineral, green apple and citrus peel flavours. A touch simple but has nice finesse.
