Champagne, FranceVery fine effervescence. Brioche, floral, strawberry, mineral, nutty, toasty baked apple and creamy citrus aromas. Rich, round, crisp and fresh wit very toasty, nutty, creamy, floral, citrus, mineral flavours and a very creamy, quince, citrus finish. Young with finesse but needs 2-5 years to really strut its stuff. A 50/50 blend of pinot and chardonnay all from 100 per cent rated grand cru vineyards.
