South Eastern Australia, AustraliaVery dark black cherry colour. Big spicy, black pepper, meaty, blackberry, minty, chocolate nose. Rich, round, supple style with slight acidity but good balance. Lots of chocolate, peppery, spicy, tobacco, blackberry and licorice flavours. Simple but full flavoured, attractive style that has a bit of a chunky finish. Possible BBQ pick of the year.
