Bierzo, Castilla-Leon, SpainIntense black pepper, spicy, licorice, meaty, smoky vanilla nose streaked with coriander, black cherry, mineral aromas and a touch of brambleberry. Very rich, round, fat, supple and dry yet well balanced. Peppery/chocolate and spicy/coffee with vanilla, black cherry jam and a smoky, boysenberry, minty finish. Long and full but not over-powering.
