SpainBlack pepper and reduced nose with licorice root, gamey animal, minty, black cherry aromas. Dry, round, elegant, medium weight with a cool texture. Black cherry, minty, cassis, coffee, savoury, meaty flavours. Quite high acidity on the finish.
