Canonbah Bridge Drought Reserve Shiraz 2001

New South Wales, AustraliaGamey, chocolate, peppery, prune, smoky, vanilla, black cherry jam and black berry aromas. Dry, elegant, round and slightly tannic. Full flavoured with peppery, black cherry, blackberry, vanilla, coffee, spicy mint flavours with a smoky sausage note. A bit dry and warm on the finish but an attractive style overall that will improve over the next 2-4 years.Tasted: 07 February 2005Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
