A Mano Primitivo 2002

Castellaneta, Taranto, Puglia, ItalyBig spicy, peppery, cardamom, raspberry jam, savoury, meaty nose. Rich, round, ripe and slightly tannic but beefy style. Lots of peppery, spicy, chocolate, savoury meat, cardamom, black cherry jam flavours with a warm, slightly tannic licorice finish. No lack of intensity this is full-bodied stuff that will cut through the beef.Tasted: 07 February 2005Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
