Napa Valley, California, United StatesThe Fume Reserve is a blend of top lots selected from the home To-Kalon vineyard. The rich alluvial soil gives the wine a silky texture and bright tropical fruit flavours. The flavours are an indescribably delicious mix of floral spice and fruit with just enough lees to give it length and complexity. There's always some sémillon used to enrich the wine along with a modicum of new oak.
