Napa Valley, California, United StatesAt Benessere hand-picked fruit is is "whole-clustered pressed, cold settled for 48 hours, and then decanted off the pulp and solids. It's fermented on native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged in neutral French oak barrels for four months.
