AustraliaIts rich dark colour previews a ripe cassis, coffee, pepper, minty, black olive and spice nose. Soft and rich on entry with noticeable but balanced tannins. Spicy, pepper, vanilla, cassis, coffee flavours mark the mid-palate with black cherry and a strong cigar tobacco and black olive finish. Still showing some young dry tannin that should dissipate within a year or two. Try with grilled or barbequed meats.
