Nederburg Shiraz 2002
Western Cape, South AfricaThe nose is cleaner than '01 although there remains a touch of animal. The entry is soft but the flavours like last year remain on the sour side. The structure is thin and acidic and in no way appealing to the modern North American drinker. Where's the charm. The grapes were sourced from vineyards in the Paarl, Durbanville, Philadelphia and Stellenbosch regions.Tasted: 20 December 2004Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:BC | $14.99 | 750ml | Specialty |
