Carmen Merlot 2003
Valle del Rapel, Region del Valle Central, ChileSpicy, cigar, dill, sappy, cherry aromas with a strong minty streak. Dry, round, somewhat chunky palate with smoky, saddle leather, minty, dill, cherry flavours. Warm and somewhat dry with a veggie finish; seems more like carmenère. Little value here.Tasted: 28 December 2004Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $15.50 | 750ml | Specialty |
