Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaNew to us at least is the Sumac non-vintage Brut. A touch foamy mousse previews a nutty, almond, citrus, mineral nose with toasted floral aromas. Fairly crisp and dry with very toasty, nutty, warm citrus, mineral flavours and a slightly bitter, warm, green apple finish.
