Napa Valley, California, United StatesCedar, black olive, peppery, cassis aromas with some barnyard, eucalyptus and vanilla notes. Dry, round and fairly warm on entry with light tannins. Very peppery, cedar, olive, mocha, cassis and tobacco flavours with a dry, slightly tannic dill and cassis finish. Needs a year to tame the tannins and acidity or try with grilled beef.
