California, United StatesLight apple, melon, mineral aromas. Soft, round, somewhat sweet entry with melon, lees, baked apple, mineral flavours. A bit of a sweet and sour balance but sound and simple. This would definitely benefit (be fresher) from being finished under screwcap instead of cork.
