Quails' Gate Fume Blanc Family Reserve 2003
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRipe grapefruit, citrus rind, mineral, grassy, vanilla, green apple and melon aromas. Rich, ripe, round and oily with some heat. Big fig, grassy, grapefruit, melon rind flavours with a very buttery, vanilla, slightly bitter finish. Good intensity but it needs a time to settle down and let all the parts melt together.
