Tuscany, ItalyThis is basic sangiovese, hand harvested, lightly pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. It is then aged in a mix of American and French oak casks for a further nine months. Look for light black cherry fruit, gamey, spicy, peppery aromas. Soft, round, elegant palate with black cherry, peppery, spicy, licorice leather flavours.Very sound, ready to drink.
