Côtes du Rhône, Rhone Valley, FranceFloral, black cherry, licorice and white pepper aromas with a touch of barnyard. Rich, round and somewhat dry on the palate with light tannins. Black cherry jam, rootsy, game flavours with a bit of cedar and mint. A bit dry and tight but well balanced. Try with lamb or duck or age an extra year.
