Dão, Northern Portugal, PortugalBig white pepper, licorice, sweaty saddle, cedar, vanilla, black cherry, gamey pudding aromas. Rich, round, fairly supple entry with ripe tannins and very full bodied. Intense smoky licorice, black cherry, chocolate pudding, cassis, mineral, gamey resin flavours. Dry finish but fine length and intensity, should be able to age well for the next 2-5 years.
